Their pages states they have rooms that are handicap accessible, BUT they do not. I booked a room that stated it has handicap accessibility because I am in a wheelchair. There were two flights of stairs to get to the room. That's not handicap accessibility.

This unit is beautiful unfortunately in description said 1 king bed 2 twin beds and a queen pullout bed and I dose not it only has 1 king bed in both rooms in suit and that was not what I was expecting

Hidden gem in Newport!
This is a great hidden gem in Newport! Lovely little condo complex with updated rooms and a great view of the ocean. Be aware, there is not direct beach access, but public access is about 2 minutes down the road (parking is tight). Check-in was easy and the room was immaculate. Only complaint is that these are older condos, so you can really hear everything your neighbor above you is doing. If you have issues with sound, you might not want to book a bottom floor room (you can't choose via hotels.com, so call the resort directly after you book). Overall, this is a 5-star property, and we would stay again!

We stayed in pet friendly unit 105. Living/kitchen upstairs; bedroom/bath/laundry downstairs. Could have done without the stairs, but that’s how the units are designed. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials. Old coffee maker. Bathroom was quite small. Nice washer/dryer in laundry room, although we didn’t use them. Bed was comfortable; pull out sofa bed was just OK. Rooms had their own heating systems. Gas fireplace in living room with on/off timer. No available socket for phone charger on right side of bed. Floors are pet proof vinyl. Our dog knew others had been in the room by the scents on the living room area rug. Nice reception staff. Nice views. Walking on the dark boardwalk to get to the unit at night in the rain was not an easy task - bring a flashlight. Overall a good one night stay.

Space was quite big for the price, furniture etc was very nice, property is nice as well though we wish there was a bridge to get to the beach you could get to part but was then stranded unless you wanted to go into a few feet of icy water to cross. Hot water tank seemed a bit small but overall great place.

I loved my stay here, and the only complaint I have is with the bed - way too soft for me, and not comfortable. Otherwise, Unit 108 was so cozy and the view was fantastic. I had a wonderful time overall!
