Atlantic Beach Hotel Newport
Spacious updated 2KB room facing water. Easy parking. No breakfast though. Newport is one city we wished we had more time in. The mansions tour was fantastic. If we come back will stay here again.

The lobby and rooms were very clean and updated. We liked that the Applebees was attached for convenience. I wish that there were some healthier options for breakfast.

Recent Construction, Fire Pit, Kayaks, Close to Town, and Beach. Easton’s Point.
The house is new, plenty of space for everyone. Beds were comfortable. 4 baths was certainly a plus. Overall an excellent choice for us to stay

Middletown Bungalow - RIBryan Property
Great location. House is renovated and fit our family perfectly. Backyard is fully fenced in and allowed our dog to roam and be safe. Hot tub is a fun plus!
