"Very nice clean room, but mattresses are obviously old and sunken in. The free coffee is top-notch. The pool didn’t seem that clean. It was kind of cloudy. You get a coupon for Bogo drinks at tickets across the street which is good cause they also have pretty good food. The clam cakes were out of this world. The best thing is that it’s only like a three minute walk to the beach."

"Gorgeous home, exactly as listed! Clean, spacious with 2 bedrooms on both the first and third floors and a large open concept second floor with an awesome deck, comfortable beds/furniture, completely stocked, excellent location with views of Easton Beach from the second and third floor!Beautiful neighborhood, quick walk to the beach with easy access, and walkable to many places to eat downtown. The Newport cliff walk is only a mile away. And downtown Newport is just under 2 miles.Very walkable or a quick Uber ride anywhere.Owners Rick and Lizete are awesome! Easy communication and very responsive, accommodating, helpful, and seem eager to make sure you have the best stay possible!We were there for a week because our daughter was getting married nearby. Rick and Lizete allowed us to have the girls get ready the day of at the house. What a perfect spot to do that and many beautiful photo opportunities!Highly recommend this home and it’s two super hosts!"
