"When I checked in the front desk worker was extremely helpful in ensuring I had the best stay possible. There was an event happening Wednesday through Friday, taking up half of the hotel’s rooms, and the worker desired everyone to enjoy their stay. I appreciate her thoughtfulness and proactive approach to service! Hotel could use some updating of their flooring, paint & decorations, but overall solid facility."

"Close to the airport. Make sure you speak with the front desk about shuttle set up to the airport. If you fly into Detroit and go wait for your shuttle to arrive-It won’t. You need to have that set up with the front desk. Don’t try to do it when you arrive. It won’t happen. Do it in advance and be aware the numbers to the front desk are difficult to locate. I finally had to skip the shuttle and use Uber. Now I know. Call way ahead."

The entire property was exceptionally well maintained and provided outstanding value for the price. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of options. What truly stood out, however, was the amazing hospitality of the staff. Despite our arrival around midnight, we were warmly welcomed with genuine smiles and exceptional courtesy. Their friendliness and professionalism made us feel valued and set the tone for a wonderful stay."
