We sit there for five days and four nights and everything was great not too far from the beach. It was like 50 stops away. It was very clean. Very nice. The hostess was wonderful the owner and we had a good time. Yes and I will go back there and stay again.

The property was located a little outside of Newport Beach proper…THANK GOD! Was convenient to Hwy, many restaurants and shopping. Right on the beach…very fun stay!

Amazing

My husband and I stayed at this amazing little getaway. Ellen was very nice and very accommodating. It was very close to the beach which made me super happy. We will definitely be back.

Home Away from Home!

We had a fabulous time. Our host thought everything we might need and had it waiting for us upon arrival and personally greeted us. Great location just steps from the beach. Able to bike everywhere we wanted to go. We highly recommend this property.

Almost perfect.

Almost perfect. Location was perfect, just a few steps to the beach. Courtyard was nice, would be perfect if it was more open. The property was lovely and Ellen was/is a great host. We would definitely recommend the property for a couple’s stay.

Neat and Clean with Everything

Clean, neat, cozy efficiency. Well stocked with condiments of every kind not to mention a couple of obvious treats intended for guests. Full kitchen, large, comfortable bed, extensive TV service, 200 feet to the beach.

Peaceful Time in Newport

I just loved this property and the host was so friendly, attentive and helpful. I stayed for 3 lovely weeks and definitely left more rested than when I arrived. The location is perfect for beach time and day excursions. I found it to be such a cozy place with extremely comfy linens, bed and towels. Great shower and I just loved the full kitchen. I will definitely return to this property.

My husband and I stayed at Ellen's beautiful place in Newport Beach at the end of our 10 day trip to California for 3 nights. It was so clean inside, she had a state of the art locking system with code for the door, left us a bottle of wine and Charcuterie tray, had everything you could possibly need in the apartment, and then some! Ellen was such a gracious host and checked to make sure we didnt have any questions or need her help in any way. She just called me to check on my daughter who lives in Asheville which was affected by the hurricane. How sweet and thoughtful of her. She is a super, super host!! Dont even hesitate to book her lovely apartment.

Ellen was an absolutely incredible host! From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Her hospitality went above and beyond—always attentive, kind, and available if we needed anything. You can truly tell she puts her heart into making her guests feel comfortable and at home. The space itself was just as amazing—beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. Every little detail was taken care of, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Easy stay

Ellen's place is so easy to get to; right off Hwy 1 yet just steps to the beach. We so appreciated not having to fight for a place to park on the busy holiday weekend. We especially enjoyed the beach chairs and towels, the patio area, the large shower, and nearby restaurants. Ellen was out of town during our stay, but checked in with us via email every day to make sure we weren't in need of anything. She also left us chocolates adn champagne to enjoy. Her place was just the right size for a weekend stay for the two of us. We would definitely stay again!
