This beach house is on the ground level of a duplex and located only 3 houses from the beach at 115 45th Street. Special features include 4 bedrooms that are ensuites and it can accomodate up to 6 adults comfortable plus 4 small children; an exclusive patio with BBQ, 6 person seating and a lounge area for entertaining. You will be within walking distance of the Newport Beach Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, beach fire pits and lots of entertainment.

Great start

Stayed for a weekend for a family obligation. Noted live wires under a kitchen cabinet and outside the front door. Was disappointed to find that we did not have the whole house, which is why we prefer VRBO- bbq inconsistent in function. Tub/shower shower head comes out of wall when adjusting the angle. Beds not comfortable. Location great, 4 houses away from the beach. Living area nice.
