Summary:

Beautiful and updated in the Spring of 2022, this upper unit of an oceanfront duplex is located just past "C" Street at the very quiet part of the boardwalk just 2 blocks from the end. This amazing second floor unit is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with a large open living room and breathtaking views of the sand and Pacific Ocean. Everything is brand new from the furniture to the beds.



The Space:

This beautiful, newly remodeled, upper unit with an ocean front balcony is in the heart of Balboa. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for your next family vacation. A short stroll down Balboa Boulevard brings you to the Balboa Pavilion, Fun Zone, Ferry and many restaurants and boutiques.



Once in the home, you will walk up the stairs into the open air layout of the living area. With a large, cozy couch to relax after a long day or watch the sunset from inside, and 2 dining tables with plenty of seating for the whole crew. There is a shallow balcony just out front the living area that is the width of the home, with stunning ocean front views. Just past the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need and a powder bathroom. Just down the hall are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and the other with a twin over a full bunk bed. These 2 rooms share the full bathroom in the hallway. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom with a king bed and an en suite full bathroom.



The home has a shared garage with 1 parking space for this unit and a shared washer and dryer. This is the perfect place to come relax in peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the busier parts of the Balboa Peninsula.

*Please be aware there is construction right next door. City construction hours are only allowed M-F 7am-5pm

The Neighborhood:

Located near the Balboa Village which is a quaint, small beach town consisting of only 3 small blocks adjacent to the Balboa Pier. Here you can peruse the shops, restaurants, bars, and FUN Zone. Take in the views off of the Balboa Pier, rent a bike or a kayak, or go whale watching or deep sea fishing from the many boats that leave the Balboa Pavilion daily.

-This is a duplex, shared property but private unit. Shared garage and washer and dryer with lower unit. 1 parking spot available.

-Please be aware there is currently construction right next door. City construction hours are only allowed M-F 7am-5pm

-Must be 26 or older to book

-No parties or gatherings.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction.

Overall it was a good stay. The only thing i would ask for is a hose to wash the sand off for the B apartment.

Great property. Noise from construction but was well informed of that. Very roomy and great area for biking. Didn’t touch the car once after arriving. Some high top outdoor chairs would be a nice addition.

LOVED this property! Beautifully remodeled and perfect location! My friends rented the unit below us. I highly recommend you have someone rent below If you don’t, you’ll have to walk through the renters personal space to access beach. It could feel awkward or intrusive.

It’s a great property. Layout is fantastic , parking in the garage that fits an SUV, location is superb. Communication is so smooth. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful

Place was clean and perfect. Could use more than 2 trash bags and ran out of toilet paper. Check in code didn’t work but was quickly resolved thank goodness because it was at 9pm The home is beautiful updated clean It was nice and quiet there. Short walk to a couple restraunts. It’s a little further down from the more “happening” area which was nice for us. I’d definitely book here again!
