The Space:

114 31st ST B is professionally managed by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. This charming upper level condo has everything a family needs to thoroughly enjoy their time in Newport. Just a few houses from the beach with an ocean view rooftop deck and two car parking, this clean, updated rental is just a short walk to Newport Pier and amenities plus steps to one of the best beaches on the Peninsula. Larger families can add on the lower one-bedroom unit for additional space!



The living area has a queen-size sofa bed and flat panel TV. Around the corner, the dining area has a table with seating for 6. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counters and plenty of storage for preparing meals for the whole gang.



The master bedroom has a queen bed, wall mounted flat panel TV, walk-in closet and en suite bath with shower. Kids will love the nautically-themed second bedroom with twin over double bunk and a full-size trundle. The nearby hall bath has a tub/shower combination. The home has a terrific rooftop deck for soaking up the sun or enjoying family meals and sharing the days experiences.



The shared garage has room for 2 cars. The shared full-size washer and dryer is located in the garage as well.



The Newport Pier area is a quick stroll away with shops, local eateries, beach rentals and amazing sunsets. The area has no shortage of options for family fun and adventures!
