  • Sitting on one of the most desirable corners of Newport, rests this peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation condo. Boasting 1300 square feet, this condo has recently gone through a total renovation, including new furniture and appliances. A calm and modern atmosphere awaits you at this beach escape.

    Fond memories will easily be made in this open living and dining room, whether you decide to play some of the provided games, watch a favorite movie, or reminisce about moments at the beach. Attached to the living area is a roomy, raised patio outfitted for sunbathing, entertaining and barbecuing. And you don’t have to be a seasoned chef to enjoy what our kitchen supplies; from cooking spices and storage containers to granite countertops and new appliances, the kitchen contains everything you need to make simple snacks for a day at the beach or a delicious dinner for the whole family. The master bedroom enjoys an ocean view from a comfortable queen bed, private bath, television and access to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed, television, and a view of the Historic Balboa Pier, while the last bedroom has a full and single bunk bed. All three televisions have access to DirecTV, so no one has to miss their favorite sitcom or drama while on vacation. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer and WiFi for your convenience.

    The condo is located just steps away from many popular activities such as boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, and the famous Balboa Fun Zone and Ferris wheel. Local bike rentals are within walking distance. If you want to venture off the boardwalk, you are only a short stroll to the Balboa Island Ferry, which will take you to Balboa Island for shopping and delightful food adventures. You are 30 minutes from Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm and upscale shopping at Fashion Island, and only 1½ hours to San Diego.

We usually stay on the pier once a year as a family getaway. This was the cleanest & most spacious place we’ve stayed. They had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, chairs and beach items, and kitchen was well stocked. Large table inside and great patio space outside. Great location! Thank you we had a great time!

Our 3 generational family gathering really enjoyed this condo… the space is generous, the deck and large tables were wonderful. Being up one floor really allowed excellent sunset views! We enjoyed walking a block down Palm street for our dining and activities. Our first time to Newport Beach was so easy, we’ll gladly return!

Prefect Location and Great renters

My weekend getaway with my family was in a perfect location in the Balboa Peninsula. Everything you need, from Balboa fun zone to bars, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Jeff and Stephanie are very attentive and made our stay very welcoming. Their home was very clean and cozy and had all the amenities needed for a great stay. The patio was a favorite for us and has a great view of the beach. Our stay was a 10/10 and I thank Jeff and Staphanie for renting to us

Wonderful property!

The property was wonderful! And just as described. Super close to restaurants and the beach. Loved the outdoor patio. It had an abundance of chairs along with umbrella for shade. Was perfect for the family to gather. Plenty of extra towels and pillows which was really nice to have. Having assigned parking was a great luxury. We can’t wait to come back!

Love this place! The owners are so friendly and responsive! Listing is exactly as described if not better! Cant beat the location...a short block to Balboa Fun Zone, right on the beach, several restaurants/bars within a block, soccer field/large grass area and park all on the same block. This is such a great property. This is my first time booking and the host made every thing so easy. The house is stocked with everything you need for vacation. Beach chairs, towels, fans, heaters, full kitchen, laundry, coffee pots, wine glasses, etc. The rooms are all clean and comfortable. The location is footsteps to the beach and has a nice patio to sit on. We would definitely love to come back.

Perfect Condo on the boardwalk

Beautiful condo! It has everything you need. Right on the boardwalk. Nice big patio. Perfect spot to grill have a glass of wine stare at the ocean and people watch. More than you could want

Love staying here every year, never disappointed! The owners are amazing: very communicative and easy to talk to. The property is the best location you could ask for. Our kids love coming here every year! With the fun zone, restaurants, parks, pier and bars within a block or two theres something for everyone. The house is a good size for us (family of 4 with 2 kids) which leaves an extra bedroom if need be. The patio has amazing views, convenient parking, kichen views of the beach and couch to relax and be comfortable. Thank you for allowing us to return every year, we look forward to our next visit!

February Family Reunion

This was by far the best vacation rental we have had. Jeff and Stephanie’s attention to detail and communication was top notch from the moment we booked the rental. Everything in the rental was as good or better than what was shown online. The condo is very well maintained and had everything we needed for a fun family get together. The location was awesome. We enjoyed walking the bike path along the beach and Disneyland was a reasonable 30 minute drive away. The deck and large living room provide good hangout spaces rain or shine. I will definitely try to book this rental again when we visit family!

Wow what an awesome condo. I stayed with my family (2 elementary aged kids) my husband and my parents who are in their 70s. We had plenty of space to sleep and eat, lounge, etc. We appreciated the dedicated parking lot and the amenities included esp in the kitchen. My kids used the beach toys and boogie board! Our absolute favorite part was morning coffee and evening cocktails on the patio people watching as they went by on the boardwalk! So fun! Our family had a wonderful time at Sandy Toes! The place has a perfect location on the beach and close to the Fun Zone. The apartment has a great layout with a spacious kitchen and living room. Three bedrooms with plenty of space and the kids loved the blunk bed om noe of The bed roms. The deck also had a great size and it was really nice to sit there and enjoy a morning coffee or watch the sun go down. The apartment also has everything you need in terms of appliances. The fact that you have multiple beach chairs, beach toys and body boards included is really a nice add on. Stephanie and Jeff are the best hosts and they answered any questions we had straight away. We had the best vacation ever and could not have chosen a better place!

Sandy Toes Retreat for the Win!

My friends and I loved Jeff and Stephanie’s Sandy Toes Retreat!. Unit is very spacious and in a perfect location right on the boardwalk which makes it great for people watching. Also very close to stores, shops, the fun zone and ferry to Balboa. Our group didn’t have vehicles, but two parking spaces are available in a secure garage, which would be a huge perk for those driving instead of limited street parking at other rentals. Unit was clean and Jeff and Stephanie were very responsive and flexible with check in/out. Lots of extra stuff for the beach was also available. (Cart, boogie boards, balls, toys, chairs, etc) No complaints at all and we look forward to visiting again sometime soon!
