Bicycle to Lido Marina & Cannery Villages, the new Marina Park or Balboa Fun Zone, peaceful morning beach walks, a day of boating, picturesque sunsets, alfresco entertaining, or quiet moments to yourself. .. there’s just no place quite like the Newport Beach Lifestyle! Perfect spot!

My daughter and I attended a wedding in Newport Beach. This was a perfect place for 2 people. We could walk or Uber everywhere. The place was clean, comfortable & easy to access.

Our stay at the Newport Beach Beach House was fantastic! The location was perfect, the house was cozy and clean, and the hosts were amazing. It was quiet and relaxing—perfect for a getaway!

Great Peninsula Location

Nice guest house close to beach, businesses and major highways. Square footage more than adequate for a solo traveler. Parking can be tricky vis a vis beach traffic and wi-fi/internet throughput could be faster, but minor details in greater scheme. Owners are super responsive.

convenient location

It was a short walk to the beach and easy to walk to a number of restaurants and coffee shops. I especially enjoyed the split front door that allowed me to let in a lot of light and listen to the water fountain as I worked.

Beach retreat

Perfectly described, fabulous location. Easy to navigate especially when riding bikes (rent them!)…everything we needed for a getaway that made us feel like locals. Thank you to a kind host family!

Great location

This was our second stay and will stay again. The location is perfect as you are a few minutes walk to beach and close to resto/bars/grocery/shops. Communication with the hosts is great and easy. Bikes onsite are a definite bonus.

Great location and hosts!

Easy walk to the beach, grocery store and restaurants, very quiet neighbourhood. Beds were comfortable, adequately stocked kitchen. Nice patio in front and back for sun and privacy. We were there in February and the mornings and evenings were cool, but the heater and sunshine helped. A great accommodation!

Cute well appointed and perfect for 2 people.

The property is super clean, well organized, and inviting. It is a short walk to the beach. We were there during the slow season. The location is very safe and quiet. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Close to Newport Beach

We really enjoyed our cozy Newport Beach stay. Great for 2 ppl or a couple and a child. Close to beach, bikes handy and cheap right at apt, close to Disneyland and many amenities. Felt safe. WiFi was only 2G so beware if need for work-related trip or other. Great place.

Awesome little place

Nothing but great stuff to say about the property quality and location in regards to proximity to beach, newport bike trail and some shops with food and drinks. Host was responsive and helpful. Only draw back is Newport parking and lack of, but most prople staying here will know this and be ready and willing to deal with it. We found parking both times we moved our vehicle with in 4 blocks.

Great little get away close to the beach

We love staying here for 6 nights. It was clean and quiet with everything we needed to be comfortable. We took the bikes along the beach front to the end of the peninsula and had a great time exploring the beach. The bed was comfortable and my daughter slept on the hide a bed that had a mattress topper and said it was also very comfy. We were there to help with a wedding and would get back after midnight and it felt like coming home after a long day. the front garden area is charming and the cottage itself is tasteful. If we ever have a reason to come to Newport area again we would definitely plan on staying again.

Super easy to find, killer location, beautiful space with lots of kitchen supplies, beach towels & chairs, etc. Comfy beds, great shower. There were 3 of us and that was perfect. Parking is ridiculously iffy- I knew that going in. We had a car, since we flew in to Burbank, but mostly ubered wherever we needed or walked or rode bikes. Lots to do. We bumped into the host family a few times- they are lovely souls.

An absolute little gem.

This rental is an absolutely perfect little hideaway right in the heart of Newport Beach. It's small but cozy, and very clean. If you're home during the day you can open the doors and enjoy the ocean breeze or sit out back in the little sitting area. It's ideal for one or two, maybe 4 if you have kids or are all really good friends. The location is ideal. It's maybe 200 yards to the beach, 1 mile to Newport pier with all of the associated bars and restaurants and 2.5 miles to the Balboa Fun Zone (both of which can be walked to via the pedestrian walkway at the top of the sand). The owners are really easy to communicate with and very helpful. You actually feel lime they care about your stay. So don't hesitate if you're considering this place. I personally can't wait to go back next year.

Great little pad to hang out, and EXCELLENT host.

The pictures are accurate and this is just a hop, step and jump from the beach and a lot of good dining options, especially if you like fresh seafood. I mean, it's Newport Beach; that speaks for itself. It's an adorable little place that has all the amenities one should need for a beach trip.When we did encounter a small problem, the host really came through, responded promptly, and did more than make things right. They are a true class act. Knowing this gives me the comfort that if we decide to return that they have our best interests at heart. You really get more than your money's worth here. The value is unmatched when comparing it to similar places along the California coast that we have visited. This rental is very homey, the perfect size for a couple trying to get away, provides comfortable beds, is a prime location to walk the Penninsula, and best of all has an owner that is attentive, responsive, but not intruding. Hopefully you enjoy it as much as we did for our 25th Anniversay getaway.
