Amazing Stay

We have had a fantastic stay at this property. The beds were very comfortable and the home was very clean. The rooftop was incredible. We had such a wonderful experience we extended an extra day. The neighbors were kind, the area quiet. Ample parking and walking paths were stunning.

Wonderful stay

Really enjoyed the rooftop deck, bed was super comfortable, decent kitchen amenities. The only drawback was the trash left behind from the last guest must have had seafood in it, so every time you entered the property the stench and the flies were really bad.

Great top deck. The AC kept it cool. We rented beach cruisers and were able to bike everywhere from the location. Peaceful neighborhood.

Clean Living in Newport!

Our stay at Newport Beach was excellent. You sometimes wonder if the sales pictures are as good as advertised and these certainly were. The location is a perfect, quiet neighborhood, the bay a block away, the beach 2 blocks away. The house is clean, well stocked, TV's in every room, big kitchen and the roof top area is an awesome hang out area! The one car garage allowed us to park off the street and was an additional plus!

Excellent stay!

The property is clean, well appointed, very cute and great location. You're near the ferry, Fun Zone and ocean. Communication with manager was spot on. The rooftop deck was great. We got rain during our stay, but that can't be helped. We would stay here again!

Great entertaining house at the beach

This is a great, modern house about a block from the beach. The 3rd floor patio is awesome, the kids wanted to spend most of their time up there. The living space is comfortable, and the location is about a 5-minute walk to the sand (with kids). I would highly recommend booking here and I will definitely look to stay here again next time.

New Years Staycation

This property was excellent. My mother was able to rent the unit below. Having garage parking was great, and the location was wonderful. Easy walks to the pier, lots of restaurants, fun zone annd Ferry etc. The rooftop is a hard to find perk. Highly recommend would love to stay again.

Amazing property. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived! We loved the small touches that made the stay so enjoyable such as extra towels and beach towels. The rooftop deck was so comfortable. The host was extremely responsive to our questions. We truly enjoyed our visit and can't wait to come back again.

Beach Getaway

Great location. Great for two couples. Air conditioning was appreciated. It could use some new paint and better mattresses. But even though, it was clean. The washer and dryer was also convenient. We would stay again.

Lovely, well appointed accommodation. Very clean. It was nice to be able to use the rooftop terrace. The garage was good to have. We hired a mid-sized car which fitted nicely, but anything bigger may struggle. Lovely area. Good communication and very accommodating owner. Would definitely stay again if/when we return to LA.

Great location

Nice location if you don’t have a car because there is no parking close to the duplex. The deck is nice, but the furniture is old and dusty. There are limited pots and pans, nothing to bake in/on or to boil water for pasta but they brought us a small cookie sheet after we requested one, which was nice. Plenty of spices no oils. The cabinets, doors and walls are very dirty and the toilet seat is gross.

Awesome Rooftop Patio

Very comfortable place that we looked forward to returning to each night. Beds are comfortable, very clean, neighborhood is quiet, nice to have a garage. The rooftop patio is the prefect place to relax in the sun or be protected from the rain. No games, Keurig coffee maker.

Clean, nice but not the full house like the picture

Very clean, nice neighborhood and easy check-in process. My only disappointment is that we thought we were getting the entire house, like the pictures lead you to believe. I don’t believe the description stated it was a duplex. I will say that the roof top is pretty cool. I would recommend this place, but just be aware you are it’s a duplex.

Great Property with rooftop area!

Awesome 2 bedroom with an outstanding rooftop area. Used it every nite, and morning. There is a covered area in case the sun is too hot or it rains. Manager is awesome and helpful and responsive! Kitchen has everything you need... the 1 car garage was perfect to store the bikes we rented. Love this place!
