Private entry rental. 1 queen bed and 1 comfortable sofa that converts into a full size bed. Newly remodeled kitchen with stove, oven, and microwave. Newly remodeled bathroom with a tub/shower. Small patio off of the bedroom with table and chairs. Just a short walk to the beach, bars, grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Vaulted ceilings in bedroom and bathroom. Bicycle to Lido Marina & Cannery Villages, the new Marina Park or Balboa Fun Zone, peaceful morning beach walks, a day of boating, picturesque sunsets, alfresco entertaining, or quiet moments to yourself. .. there’s just no place quite like the Newport Beach Lifestyle! Come enjoy Newport Beach in our beautiful "Boathouse." Parking is NOT provided. It is first come first serve on surrounding streets.

Cozy cottage with everything you need

We were so pleased with our stay here. We had everything we needed. The location is fantastic. We could walk to the ocean two blocks away and then take the ocean boardwalk to Newport Beach for coffee or breakfast.

Such a cute little beach house! Very clean and has everything you need. The three minute walk to the beach is amazing. Groceries store, food and shops within walking distance makes this property perfect especially when you don’t have a car. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot!

My daughter and I attended a wedding in Newport Beach. This was a perfect place for 2 people. We could walk or Uber everywhere. The place was clean, comfortable & easy to access.

Our stay at the Newport Beach Beach House was fantastic! The location was perfect, the house was cozy and clean, and the hosts were amazing. It was quiet and relaxing—perfect for a getaway!

convenient location

It was a short walk to the beach and easy to walk to a number of restaurants and coffee shops. I especially enjoyed the split front door that allowed me to let in a lot of light and listen to the water fountain as I worked.

Great Cozy Place In Newport Beach

Excellent location only 2 blocks from the beach - nice clean, cozy small place which is perfect for a couple or even a small family. Nice owners, great communication throughout the process - definitely a great place to stay!

Great Peninsula Location

Nice guest house close to beach, businesses and major highways. Square footage more than adequate for a solo traveler. Parking can be tricky vis a vis beach traffic and wi-fi/internet throughput could be faster, but minor details in greater scheme. Owners are super responsive.

Cozy Cottage

We felt right at home, excellent location to just about everything. Very clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. I definitely would stay there again versus a hotel any day. Love how close to the beach it was too!
