Very clean and comfortable!

We rented this property for our annual girls retreat. It was very comfortable for the 5 of us. We liked that it was a little off the boardwalk because it was very quiet. Wonderful stay!

It was amazing! Very accommodating very close to the Beach. Enjoyed the house with that huge family room! Definitely the selling feature. The showers also had amazingly hot water!

Property well cared for and decorations were fantastic. Plenty of room for everyone to relax! The kitchen was perfect, with all the cooking appliances. Everything provided we just needed to bring the food. This house is set in a nice quiet neighborhood. We spent the week in March and it was very relaxing. Nice to have the beach all to ourselves. I imagine that even in the summer it's quieter than the Pier area. Thank you!!

Beach summer holiday fun

Our stay was a very good one indeed. Property was exactly as described. A really good space. Big living room/ great room was super.The property operation instructions were spot on by the property owners. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms and showers were excellent. No A/C(normal for beach) but plenty of fans made it work, just a bit noisy. BBQ needs some work but it was adequate. Kitchen area was perfect. Well equiped. We would rent here again without hesitation.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It was very clean and supplied everything we needed for cooking and BBQ’ing. The house came fully stocked with bikes and everything you need for the beach, which is just steps away. I would highly recommend staying here. The driveway was a huge bonus too!

Newport weekend retreat

Newport

The price and quiet location were excellent! The parking spaces are definitely needed. The washer and dryer are an added bonus. There was a lot of beach stuff for our use in the garage, however, we just used the bikes (we could not get the locks to work). We did not cook, but the only consumable supplies in the kitchen were coffee filters and dish washing supplies. I really feel the place needs some love and a good cleaning. I lived on the beach for decades and understand how the salt air adds a layer of dust to things, but it was been awhile since things like portable fans, blinds (that you will want to open), floors, etc. have been cleaned. For starters, the bed was not a queen as listed, the blinds in the room where too small to cover the window, and the overhead fan did not work, etc. If you are okay with things being broken and dusty, you will love the location and the peek a view of the waves from the patio.

Not sure I would stay again

The location of the property was fantastic and it was great having two parking spaces. Wouldn't come back though until a few repairs were made. The mirrored closet doors had cracks across them. The outside patio furniture was completely rusted and it was flaking off. The tile was broken and lifted on the front balcony. All of these are safety concerns. With a little care it could be a fantastic property.

Being a block of the beach was wonderful. The house was very nice. Items Didn’t work correctly. The microwave is broken. The heater is broken and it was a very cold weekend. The front door lock needs to be changed as it is very difficult to turn the key and lock open and closed

Awesome property, neighbors were a bit loud

We loved the property and location. Everything in the listing is absolutely correct and we would happily recommend to friends and come back. The only thing we had to complain about is the next door neighbors were fairly loud and up past 2am both nights. With the closeness and windows being open it was very annoying and hard to sleep well. Still a 5/5 property that being said.

We have stayed at this property twice now and we love it! It’s offers a huge living room and balcony! Tons of space and pretty much everything you’ll need to stay by the beach! The host is awesome and always prompt with replies. Never had an issue! 10/10 would recommend and rent again!!!

Perfect Location

This was such a great house for our group. It was in a great location and the owner was very nice. The house was perfect for the size of our group. Two adult couples each 3 kids total. Would definitely come back.
