A comfortable leather sofa with additional side seating and cable TV anchors the living space, while full-length picture windows frame stunning views of Newport Harbor. A modern glass dining table with seating for six completes the area, enhanced by updated flooring throughout the living and dining spaces.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware. Major appliances include a brand-new stainless steel refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave (no dishwasher). Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

GUEST ACCESS:

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling and tower fans are provided for your comfort.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Laundry: A shared washer and dryer are located in the garage, with complimentary laundry supplies provided.
Parking: One single parking space in the shared double garage, which will accommodate small to mid-size vehicles (no SUVs). General neighborhood street parking can also be utilized, both metered and non-metered.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
