The place was walking distance to the beach. The outdoor space was wonderful, the fireplace was great and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It’s a little tight if you do have 10 people, do be prepared to spend all of your time outside if you have a lot of people. There is only one small living room inside. Wonderful time on the beach and friendly neighbors!

Best thing is the location, a short, easy walk to the beach. Worst thing is the tight parking. I was lucky to find street parking as I would not want to have to squeeze a second car in! The house is very comfortable and we enjoyed the selection of games and toys. Only two small quibbles - I had asked if there was coffee and told yes, but there wasn't. Fortunately a good coffee place nearby! Also, I had asked about beach toys and didn't get an answer - there were plenty of shovels and rakes and so on, but no pails. Other than those two small things, we loved our stay.

Good location and space however the house was either perpetually damp or worse as the smell of urine/damp was incredibly strong when we arrived. We ran the air conditioning unit most of the time to try to dispel the smell, but I could only sleep with the ceiling fan running to try to move the air. The bunk beds’ frame was metal and had some sharp/rusty edges that I felt uncomfortable having my kids climb onto, would be worthwhile repainting/repairing. I am sad to say these aspects made for a regrettable booking as the home is large, lots of sleeping space and two nice bathrooms to accommodate a large group/family. The outside seating are was a nice touch and the kitchen was functional for our needs as a family.

Good location from the beach. About a 15 min walk to the pier. Our 4 teen kids loved having the bikes to explore. Overall great place to rent with a family. Darcie is very responsive and helped with anything we needed. We will stay here again when we return

It was close to the beach, clean, had beach toys, chairs and towels, etc. We had a great time using the bikes! There is no kitchen table, and a small living room, which made it hard to gather to eat and hang out, but the outdoor table and chairs on the patio worked great. The ac was nice on the muggy nights.

I absolutely had a great time here, the house and location were perfect! I literally walked 20 yards to the sand. The place was clean and all the amenities were sufficient for our stay. I would definitely come back again.
