Iris House - Four Queen Village Home

Iris House places a full Corona del Mar day within walking distance. Start with coffee or breakfast in the Village, continue to Big Corona Beach, then return to a private patio and grill as the area settles into evening. Four Queen bedrooms and three full bathrooms give up to eight guests space to travel together, while a full kitchen, upstairs wet bar, central air conditioning, garage parking, and a pet-friendly policy make longer stays feel at home.



The Space:

Iris House occupies one home within a Spanish-style duplex in Corona del Mar. The practical two-level layout gives families and groups four enclosed bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and shared spaces for meals and time together. Because every bedroom has a Queen bed, up to eight guests can stay without turning the living room into an additional sleeping area.



The main living area brings the kitchen, dining table, and comfortable seating together. Breakfast can begin at the property before a walk through the Village, and dinner can return to the kitchen or move outside to the private patio and grill.



Upstairs, a wet bar and mini-fridge keep drinks and snacks close to the bedrooms. The additional setup is useful for guests who keep different schedules or want a quieter start to the morning.

The Area:

Iris House sits in Corona del Mar, where a walk through the Village can connect coffee, breakfast, independent shops, dinner, and the beach without requiring the car.



Pacific Coast Highway is one block away, placing local cafes, bakeries, restaurants, wine bars, markets, and boutiques within reach. Big Corona Beach is approximately 0.6 miles from the property, while Little Corona Beach, Inspiration Point, Sherman Library and Gardens, Bayside Park, and the Buck Gully trail add more ways to spend time outside.



Fashion Island, Balboa Island, Newport Harbour, Crystal Cove State Park, and Laguna Beach are within driving distance when the day calls for exploring beyond the area.



Getting Around:

Many of Corona del Mar's restaurants, cafes, markets, shops, parks, and beaches can be reached on foot. A vehicle is useful for exploring Balboa Island, Crystal Cove, Laguna Beach, Disneyland, and other parts of Orange County.



One garage parking space is included. Guests should follow posted street-parking, street-sweeping, and trash-day restrictions when using public parking nearby.



John Wayne Airport is approximately 15 minutes away under typical traffic conditions. Travel time can vary with traffic.

Duplex setting

Iris House is one home within a duplex property. The neighbouring home may be occupied during your stay, and guests should expect the normal activity associated with another property on the site.



Stairs and mobility

Iris House spans two levels connected by stairs. Guests must also climb stairs to reach the entrance. The property may not suit guests with limited mobility.



Occupancy

Iris House accommodates no more than eight registered guests. Sleeping arrangements include four Queen bedrooms.



Parking

One garage parking space is included. Oversized vehicles may not fit. Guests using public street parking must follow posted restrictions, including street-sweeping and trash-day rules.



Pets

Pets are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay applies, with a maximum of two pets.



Beach equipment

Beach gear and beach towels are provided for guest use. Guests are responsible for returning all equipment to the property after use.



Rental agreement

The booking guest must sign the property's Rental Agreement after the reservation is confirmed.



Minimum booking age

The booking guest must be at least 25 years old.



Community setting

Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



Area activity

Iris House is located near Pacific Coast Highway in an active coastal area. Guests may hear traffic, pedestrians, neighbouring properties, restaurants, nightlife, construction, or community activity during their stay.
