Ample comfortable seating, plus a wall-mounted flat panel TV provide a comfortable setting for gathering together to share the days experiences. A dining area has a large dining table along with extra seating at the breakfast bar for family meals. The efficient kitchen has plenty of cabinet space for meal preparation. The slider from the living room opens to the patio with a table, comfortable seating, and barbecue.
Down the hall past the kitchen you will find the first full sized bathroom with a dual sink and a shower/tub combination. Attached to this bathroom is the first bedroom with a queen sized bed. The following bedroom has 2 twin beds. Then follows the laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer along with the third bedroom with another queen bed and an en suite full bathroom. At the end of the hallway you will find the master suite with a king bed, an en suite full bathroom and a sunny lounge area.

Balboa Village is about twenty minutes away on foot, but worth the trip. Go North to the Newport Pier area with more shops and local eateries. The area offers boundless options for family fun!

N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
