Doyle's Beach & Boardwalk is a collection of 7 beachfront condominiums in Newport Beach, CA. Located 4 houses away from the Newport Pier, you wont find a better location central to all the greatest eating, playing, and shopping on the peninsula. This rental, Christina, is located on the 3rd floor of 2004 W Oceanfront Newport Beach, CA 92663. This 3-bedroom condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen and living room. There is also a balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze and amazing views. There will be 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for use. You will have the whole 3rd floor including the balcony. There will be two stairwells to access your rental. There is also a free laundry room located in the building behind you for your use. We will have a manager on call at all times, and can be there in less than 10 min. for any issues. Their number will be provided upon booking. Located centrally to the Newport Pier, there are hundreds of great places to eat, shop and play within walking distance. With a safe & friendly town square 40 yards away, this is a great place for parents to let their kids roam with no worries. We can possibly provide up to 2 parking spots depending on size of vehicles and availability. (HUGE for summer rentals.) first booked, first reserved. But we believe the best way to experience Newport is by bike and boardwalk.
To ensure cleanliness, all of our linens come freshly wrapped from a linen service. Sheets and linens for the bathrooms will be wrapped on your bed upon arrival.

Great location

We felt like we were in the hospital from the towels to the decor, which is non-existent except in the front room. No instructions for the fireplace. The tile is in need of a good scrubbing. We were there 3 nights and only given 1 towel per person the entire stay. We love the location but have definitely stayed in better beach houses in New-port that offered a feeling of home and not an institution.

Fabulous Location

This was a great location. Ocean front by the Newport pier. Close to restaurants and bicycle shops. So relaxing. We loved having two full baths, laundry facilities with two washers and dryers on location. Bedrooms were at the back and you couldn’t hear any street or people noise. Loved it

Great Location, Great View, Comfortable Unit

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of this condo is just great - right on the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. It has a beautiful view of the beach and it was fun to watch the surfers. The owners/property managers were very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to improve the kitchen items. For instance, there were no wine glasses or salad bowl. Also, it was a bit chilly at night and it would have been nice if the fireplace worked. But overall, it was a great stay and we'd stay there again.

Beautiful Condo Right on the Beach

Pros: clean modern condo, friendly and responsive property manager, comfortable kitchen, snug nice bedrooms, right on beach, steps from snack shacks and bakery, 3rd floor puts you above the noise of the bike/walking trail, 3rd floor allows you to safely keep your windows open to hear the ocean sounds Cons: fireplace not functional, wi-fi was sporadic, lots of noise Friday and Saturday nights from the drunks and police from the nearby bars, beach cleaning crew were loud all Friday morning (note: I was hoping for a quieter time. The condo is wonderful. The location is great if you like the "busy" beach scene.)
