Everything needed for sleeping, bathing, meal prep and sunny outdoor living is provided in this 3rd level apartment in a prestigious Newport Beach complex:

LIVING ROOM:
-High ceilings w/ open floor plan.
-Dining table w/ seating for 4 ppl.
-Sofa, Love seats, TV (streaming)

KITCHEN:
-All major appliances, stacked washer/dryer.

BEDROOM:
- King bed
- Closet
- En-suite bathroom

BATHROOM:
- Tub/shower combo

OUTDOOR LIVING:
- Outdoor balcony with lounge chair and seating for two, BBQ, Pool view, and peek-a-boo ocean view.

LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.

ALSO INCLUDED:

- 2 low-profile beach chairs
- hair dryer; iron/ironing board
- starter supplies: liquid hand soap; dish soap; dishwasher caps; sponge; kitchen trash bags; 2 rolls toilet paper; 1 paper towel roll (guests must supply additional amounts, along with their own personal toiletries/shampoo/conditioner)

PARKING:
1 parking spot designated for guest use in subterranean parking garage. Street parking is available in the complex on a first-come first-served basis. Guest will be provided with one parking pass to allow parking on the complexes street parking stalls.

LAUNDRY:
Free laundry facilities in the unit; guests must provide supplies

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more. Contact us for more information!

We are happy with our 6 weeks work stay

We are happy with our 6 weeks work stay. It was exactly what we needed to feel like home for us with a fully functioning kitchen and office desk space for my husband to do remote work. Beachview Realty was responsive to my complaints about noisy neighbors and reached out to the building manager. Other than that, everything about this 1 bedroom apartment was great!
