The Landing at Newport
Staff was great. Room had some issues: DVD player and microwave did not work. The managers need to make sure condo is ready for guests with all items working. Also, instructions for DVD and heater would be helpful.

Well when we first entered the room it was very clean! It had a nice view and the parking situation is easy! Very nice view of sunset and great view in the morning too! I’d stay here again!Now the bad parts: For how clean the room was the smell of bleach just stayed in the room and we had some headaches ...

Always a great stay! Comfy and quiet and perfect location over looking ocean. Room service was quick and we checked in an hour early with no issues. We always love staying with Hallmark
