"Great service"

"The pool and hot tub were filthy with no towels. The hot tub was Luke warm. The room was disgusting. Heat doesn’t work at all and there was a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. No conditioner at all and not enough towels. The dresser drawer was broken and wouldn’t stay closed. We were very disappointed in this hotel and will never stay here again. I will say the clerk that checked me in was FABULOUS and BY FAR the best part about this place."

"10/10! I was only hard for one night, and the comfort of the beds are stuck in my head forever. Hotel was very, very clean, staff was very friendly, and it’s close to the airport. I would definitely book here again."

"The handle on the toilet was broken but not long after we call the front desk. Someone came and fixed it. This room also had a balcony, the view was awesome. "

"The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I love that had a bar and amazing food!! The front desk guy could've been more engaging and more welcoming. He seemed to not want to be there!! Other than that, everything was very satisfying!! I will definitely be staying here again!!"
