"The hotel is very clean, in fact to the extreme. All I could smell were strong cleaning chemicals in the lobby and in the room. It caused an asthmatic reaction in me and headaches in my companion. I covered the pillows with my own pillow cases that I always bring, but the smell all over was unbearable to my lungs. Chemicals used in the cleaning/laundry are very harsh. I could not stay here again. The Roku also wasn’t working correctly, but that wasn’t worth contacting the front desk. Breakfast in the lobby was a bonus. I did also really appreciate the code instead of a key for the entry into the room. The chemical smell was my only issue. Otherwise nice place."

"This hotel has tried to charge me 176.00$ and change on two different stays for a no show one on a day before I came and one on the day after I stayed the night. There was no sheets or blankets for the pull out bed the hot tub also hasn’t been working in forever and still they advertise it online and over the phone. My security deposit wasn’t released until two months later the first time and I’m still waiting for last trips deposit I’m so overwhelmed"

"The apartment is cute and cozy, but we had some issues with it. The oven didn't work. We found a pot in the oven that still had grease in it. We couldn't prop the window open so when we cooked (on the range) it got very smokey. The drawers had leftover trash & dirty linens from the last occupant - we didn't use them. One of the decorative pillows smelled like an armpit. Everything was extremely dusty and there was a lot of pet hair left behind. We appreciated the neighboring tenants fixing the window for us - they were very friendly and helpful. If we'd been made aware of the oven not working and the place had been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, we would have had a much more comfortable stay. "

"Just what we were looking for. A home away from home for a restful night away from the kiddos. Loved the personal touches from board games to a guitar to lovely dreamcatchers and greenery. No hairdryer. The entrance and hallway don't match to lovely loft interior. Some street noise for the very light sleepers out there, and the host thoughtfully provided disposable ear plugs. Would visit again. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at the carriage house! The space was cozy, warm, and incredibly welcoming. I especially loved the indoor hot tub and the cozy cast iron fireplace—it made the whole experience feel so relaxing and peaceful. The home had everything we needed for cooking, and the thoughtful amenities like water and coffee were a really nice touch.We stayed during a snowstorm, and the host went above and beyond to accommodate us despite the unpredictable weather. They made sure the snow was plowed and even had someone come help clean off my vehicle so I wouldn’t be snowed in. Everyone was so kind and helpful, which made us feel safe and cared for during our stay.I truly hope to visit again soon and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and stress-free getaway!"
