"The apartment is cute and cozy, but we had some issues with it. The oven didn't work. We found a pot in the oven that still had grease in it. We couldn't prop the window open so when we cooked (on the range) it got very smokey. The drawers had leftover trash & dirty linens from the last occupant - we didn't use them. One of the decorative pillows smelled like an armpit. Everything was extremely dusty and there was a lot of pet hair left behind. We appreciated the neighboring tenants fixing the window for us - they were very friendly and helpful. If we'd been made aware of the oven not working and the place had been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, we would have had a much more comfortable stay. "

"Just what we were looking for. A home away from home for a restful night away from the kiddos. Loved the personal touches from board games to a guitar to lovely dreamcatchers and greenery. No hairdryer. The entrance and hallway don't match to lovely loft interior. Some street noise for the very light sleepers out there, and the host thoughtfully provided disposable ear plugs. Would visit again. "

"This location has several nice touches including a plate of cookies, some toiletries, and decorations that made it feel cozy. However, the beautiful stained glass window is not closed and isn't able to be manually closed. With the location being downtown you can hear everything going on outside at full volume. There are ear plugs provided in the unit which help somewhat. Another note is that there weren't many details about parking. There is metered street parking (free on weekends) and a parking garage across the street. It would have been helpful to be aware of those details prior to arrival. Otherwise the hosts were responsive to our questions and the stay served its purpose. It is very close to the train and ferry station as well. "

"The area was iffy. The property around the building unkept. Inside all the doors for apts paint was pealing off them. Hallway floor were dirty. Sofa in apt was dirty. Limited ac. Only stayed as long as it took me to find a new place to stay. 15 minutes. This was not as advertised and would never recommend. Even after we left they wanted pictures which I did not take because I wanted out as fast as I could. They kept sending me emails asking me if I was enjoying myself. Apparently they have never been to this property. No refund or discount was offered for not staying. Was celebrating a special weekend. "
