I never even stayed after fighting my way up a tiny stairwell and then getting into to my room to hear some yelping dogs (atleast 2 if not 3) I wasn’t going to deal with it so in your listing I’d start stating your parking is no better then a smart car maybe and that you’ve got dogs living in the rental which are very very annoying. After stating I wasn’t going to stay there they said ok we understand with 0 offering to refund money or anything. I’d highly suggest finding a new place unless you weigh a 100 pounds and drive a lawnmower for a car.
