Anne has to be one of the best VRBO hosts around. Not detail is overlooked. The property is perfectly located on Plum Island. a block from the beach and is well equipped. This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely stay her again!

Our stay at this cottage was excellent. Anne is a great host and has thought of everything to make sure her guests are comfortable. The cottage was immaculate upon arrival and is equipped with everything you need. Just arrive and enjoy!

This place is fabulous. Location is awesome. We’d never been to Plum Island and it is lovely. The host has thought of everything one could possible imagine. Small things that really make a stay The toiletries were great, coffee, snacks, comfy beds, great decor, nice outdoor seating areas. We were very pleased to stay and really enjoyed ourselves.

Anne was an amazing host. She had all types of snacks and other essentials to make the start of the stay as easy and comfortable as possible. We were surprised to see that the house was actually much more spacious than we had expected. The house is very clean and well updated. The area is beautiful and we are already trying to plan our stay here again next year. 10/10.

Such an amazing host!

Anne was super responsive and her place was so cute! We had 3 adults and a toddler and it was enough space. It was literally the most stocked place we’ve ever stayed, with a child’s beach chair and toys, towels, wagon, etc. if you forget anything - Anne probably has it! There were starter breakfast items and snacks, as well as a bottle of wine, which was so thoughtful and nice to have when we arrived. Highly recommend Anne’s place!

Lovely property, quick walk to the beach, easy drive into town with lots of great restaurants and shops. The property owner is super helpful, communicative, and the house was over the top stocked with everything you could need for a wonderful stay. We definitely want to return!

Fabulous Find!

This is the nicest house my husband and I have stayed in on Plum Island in the last 25 years. All of the amenities, a stocked fridge, convenient to the beach. Truly a wonderful find!

Perfect Plum Island Beach house

Everything about our stay was amazing! Our host Anne was very communicative from the moment we booked the trip until the day we left. The property was stocked with everything we could possibly need. If I could rate this a 6 instead of a 5 I would. We will definitely stay here again!

Great host and property

We had a wonderful stay at Anne's beach home. She was very responsive to our pre-trip emails and even went out of her way to ensure the bedding and linens were washed with detergent for sensitive skin given my wife and daughter's allergies. We were surprised and delighted with the provisions and treats at the home upon our arrival and found the home very comfortable for a family of four, despite having just a single bathroom. We would definitely stay there again!

Summer family trip

Our family loved staying here. A lovely and well-maintained house just a few short minutes from the beach (not counting the sandy backyard that our kids also spent hours playing in while we sat on the porch). Anne keeps it extraordinarily well-provisioned, and she even provided us basic groceries (and a bottle of wine) which was such a pleasant surprise when we got in after a travel day with two small kids. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful Beach House!

The home was clean and cozy. The beds are quite comfortable, with plenty of bedding/pillows. The cabinets were well stocked with anything you may have forgotten to pack or didn't know you needed. Our wonderful host, Anne thought of everything to make our stay perfect! Convenient location, with just a short walk to the beach. We made our way to the Point on our last evening to watch an amazing sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Anne was extremely accommodating and considerate. We were able to check in early. The property was well stocked and extremely clean. It was also a great set up for our two young children. We had a great vacation!

This is a very well thought out, clean and plentiful Plum Island vacation home. Anne, the host, was over the top in all the details she thought of from chargers to snacks and toiletries. The property is in an excellent location, spacious, and with a perfect outdoor patio. I highly recommend this property, and will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Beautiful!

Home was beautiful! It was clean and had more than you could imagine for accommodations. Fridge and cabinets were stocked with necessities, as well as bathroom- if you forgot anything they had it! Pictures don’t do it justice! I would recommend this home for future renters whether you are looking for a fun girls weekend, a family getaway, or a romantic getaway.

Annual Girls Weekend

We loved our stay in Newburyport! Our first impression was the cleanliness of this home. From our Welcome Note, to all the amenities you could think of, comfortable seating both inside and out, and a short walk to the beautiful beach - this trip was perfect! We also enjoyed a couple of visits to the Beach Coma as well as travelling into Newburyport for shopping and dining. We enjoyed both the Loretta restaurant and The Port Tavern while downtown. Amazing Home on Plum Island.

10/10 would recommend! This home is so much cuter in person than the photos show!! It was cleaned and well-equipped with kitchen supplies, beach supplies, and comfortable arrangements! The host graciously left us some snacks & made sure we knew were to find beach chairs and a wagon. Check-in was easy and the home was perfect for our stay on Plum Island. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the property and we visited everyday and enjoyed the waves!

Wow

We've rented a ton of vrbo's but never have we been so taken care of! The host provided us with what she called groceries to start us off, but since we ate lunch and dinner out every day, we didn't even need to go back to the grocery store! House was super clean and had everything we needed - huge thanks! I highly recommend, in fact she should teach a class on vrbo hosting :).

Very Lovely Home

Anne, your home was just perfect, clean, and comfortable. All the extra's provided was very much appreciated. To future guests, don't stress when packing; if you forget something, Anne will have it. From spices, to condiments, to snacks, to paper supplies, it was there! I've stayed in many VRBO homes and none come close to Anne's home. One minor item we did not see were bowls, which may be missed with young children. Plum Island is beautiful spot! Thank you again Anne.
