"Door left open before I entered the room, it was a huge security risk for me. "

"Breakfast was the best part of our stay. Rooms are outdated and could definitely use a refresh. Staff limited pool time by making you sign up for time slots but did NOTHING to reinforce the time usage. Maybe have a staff member go in and assure people are honoring the request so the people who do honor the time a lot can actually have an enjoyable time."

"The room and cleanliness was good. The staff were courteous. Breakfast was great. There could have been more staff at the front desk considering it was a busy day with Case Western open house and new admittance day. "

"Worst breakfast ever! Powdered scrambled eggs. Fruit dish empty 1/2 way thru breakfast session. Have no idea what fresh fruit was served. Hotel room only serviced every 2nd day… eco/green reasons.. but breakfast served on paper plates with plastic cutlery. Will probably not stay art a Hyatt again"

"The rooms were very clean. The staff at front desk was friendly. They closed breakfast up 20 minutes early which was a bummer since we had a busy morning and were hoping to get back for breakfast and were disappointed to hear that closed early. Everything else was wonderful though, the bathroom was very clean and the fitness center was nice and also clean."
