We were taking a granddaughter to Salem State for her freshman year which was very hectic - the property provided us a place to relax and enjoy family time also close to a variety of wonderful local restaurants. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had and made our stay a wonderful memory for us all."

"This place is not for the faint of heart, or those used to modern luxuries. However, it is also slightly magical. The reviews represent the place very well. On one hand, it has so many pros - a whimsical garden path, breathtaking ocean views with a delightful stream of water running past the yard, big enough place for 3 people to stay. The library is as great as the pictures.On the other hand, parking with 2 cars would be really hard, the turn in to the driveway is a little scary but not too...
