"I had a wonderful stay. Entry was smooth and hassle-free, and the room layout was comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were especially kind and attentive, which made the experience even better. My only suggestion would be slightly later checkout times for added convenience."

"Ver nice customer service. Excellent front desk staff, pleasant and efficient. Room was clean and nice. Even the staff for the breakfast buffet and Starbucks counter in the lobby were superb. "

"First off, the apartment we rented wasn’t the apartment pictured in the Vrbo post. Part of the blinds were missing on the sliding door so anyone could look right in. Then water leaked on the floor from the apartment above and shorted out the lights in the dining room. There was no information on how to communicate with the host. We could only communicate via text on Vrbo. Eventually, after a google search on the property company I got a number for an answering service which proved to be no help. We were told the issue was escalated and that someone would help us. No one came until I contacted Vrbo days later. When I asked the maintenance person about it he said no one had contacted them until Vrbo. Even so they couldn’t do anything about it because the renters upstairs would not let them enter. We had to use the only 2 towels in the apartment to contain the water on the floor and we had to get our own towels to use to dry off after showers. This property owner could care less. Please learn from our experience and stay away from this property company. "

"The rental unit was great for our long term needs. We needed a last minute late check out and they were so accommodating allowing us the time we needed. "

"The property could use an additional AC unit in the bedroom, not just in the living area, since it gets quite hot during the summer (though probably different in the winter). I’d also recommend that they check and replace all batteries in the remote and front door lock, especially for long-term stays. I once experienced the door not locking properly because the battery needed replacement. Aside from that, everything was good—very convenient and easy access to everything. "
