Checking in was easy, but she wrong the wrong room number so we had to come all the way back down to get it fixed. Pool area had no clean towels. We called for some and it took 25 minutes. Room and bathroom were clean though. Nice views and pool.

The shuttle was great and everyone was so friendly. Perfect location for the airport and we could leave our car there. We will be back!

Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson
The hotel was excellent. However, the quality of the food at the restaurant was horrible. I would definitely stay at the hotel again. The service was phenomenal. I wouldn’t patronize the restaurant though.
