Luxurious Retreat in Historic Home near NYC

Our private retreat, abundance of amenities, and ideal location make this executive apartment the perfect choice for business travelers, small families needing a temporary (or long term) place to stay or for anyone traveling to the New York area! It offers a fully equipped eat in kitchen with high end finishes such as marble countertops, a gas range, a refrigerator w/ filtered water and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, and washer & dryer. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a large array of cooks essentials should you decide to stay in and cook a great meal or you can order any meal from a wide variety of restaurants just a short distance away. There is a beautiful European style courtyard right outside the private entry for your enjoyment as well. It's the perfect place to enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning or sip a cocktail in the evening as the sun goes down. There is a large flat screen tv, and high speed internet and cable is included. We take great pride in our retreat and strive to keep our place immaculately clean. Additionally, we have off street parking for one vehicle, and a large yard with a swing, trampoline and a custom built chipping green! We have a friendly dog that loves to interact with humans of all ages, and she truly enjoys a good tummy rub should you be willing to indulge her!! She may bark occasionally but for the most part you won't even know she's here. Additionally, we live full time in Florida but may on occasion occupy the upper floors, along with our dog, Miranda! Please note that Miranda does not have access to the entire side of the house where the guest retreat is located, including the European courtyard which is designated 100% for your enjoyment while you're here. The only place you may see her or us is in the driveway or backyard.
