"It was the WORST experience. The room we were assigned smelled like cigarettes, we requested to change rooms, and the only solution they gave us was to spray the room. Then they moved us to a room without air conditioning. The receptionist had the WORST intention. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THAT HOTEL."

"The only reason I stayed there was distance to the airport and the fact the amenities listed a bar. The bar has been closed for MONTHS so unwinding with a drink and dinner on site is impossible. I can understand if they recently decided to close their bar but after months don't you think the amenities should have been updated by now??? "

"Always clean. Location is a little sketchy, hard to find a cab/Uber from penn station to bring you to the hotel. They have a shuttle but it's not on a schedule of any kind. Staff is NY/NJ nice as in, you will get checked in and out but don't expect them going the extra mile or anything. "
