Had to change room twice because my request for a disability room with a walk in shower was not provided. Rest of stay was average.

Hi Robert: Your original booking through Expedia was for a double bed no mention of a disability room. The very next day we were happy to accomodate you and move you to a handicapped room with a roll in shower. We did try our very best to accommodate and again this was no wrongdoing on our part. Check-in was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient. Hotel guests on our floor were very loud and woke us up by yelling in the hallway at midnight, 2am and 4am.

The staff were friendly and efficient. A special acknowledgement to Naisha who helped locate a pair of glasses that I had left behind in the room. The bed was very comfortable and we had a choice of soft and firm pillows. The hot breakfasts were convenient and provided a good variety of options.

Overall the stay was great. Kind and helpful staff who helped me every time. Only downside was a glitch with my key card so I had to get a new one every day.
