"Paid about $650 for my family suite per night. The rooms were extremely hot the entire stay. I went to the front lobby to inquire about the heat and broken AC in the middle of July summer in NYC!!. I was informed that they will bring the fans, we waited until 2am. My family was burning in the heat. ..."

"It is a beautiful property located just a few blocks from Time Square and Central Park. The staff and hotel features were very good. The rooms were even normal sized and not "New York City small." The breakfast buffet was very good. The price is a little high, but for our visit we got a credit each ..."
