Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
The property was convenient to everywhere in Times Square. Perfect Location. Room was nice and relaxing. The windows would not slide shut so we had to use the long towels for the bathroom for the windows to stay warm throughout the night. Besides that, we had an excellent time.

A/C unit was not working properly. Technician had to be sent twice (suspecting they were not really sent the first time). Queen bed was a lot closer to a full.

Hyatt Regency Times Square
Great stay! Staff were nice. Found some hair in shower and on a pillow case but once I called down to the front desk they came to clean area again. Overall the hotel is nice.
