Housekeeping didn’t do a great job. Came and left clean towels, didn’t take dirty towels, didn’t make the bed or clean the shower. Didn’t replenish toiletries. Was told parking was validated for a cheaper rate and it wasn’t.

My wife and I travel to NY a few times a year and we are ALWAYS booking new hotels, because there's never anything out there worth seeing again, for us. Until now! Let me tell you, we will be returning to The Time Hotel for as long as we can! Their exceptional service was led by their concierge, Eric Papanikolas, who we were lucky to meet during their wine tasting hour (with wine and cheese on the house) and he was simply a breath of fresh air. He asked about our plans and made wonderful recommendations while genuinely making us feel that he really cared about our stay! I honestly feel that we made a great friend in the city, now! The girls in the bar were awesome too! The food was great! the room was great! Honestly, Eric was able, so effortlessly, to add a nice layer to our travels and made us truly look forward towards our next escapade:) Thank you, so much, Eric! and we'll see you again, soon! ~Art & Joanna

The room was small, but was perfectly comfortable for an overnight stay with a goal to explore the city. The staff was professional, polite, and incredibly accommodating. Just a 20 minute walk from Penn Station and conveniently located near tons of bars, restaurants, and theaters. Would definitely stay again.

Room with a view of a brick wall beware they take $100 a night for incidentals that you cant use in the bar or resturant. Charged me $103.00 after check out without an explaination. With all the hotel choices in NYC do not make this one of them.

Hotel in a great location between Chicago and Book of Mormon. Also enjoyed the on-site restaurant Serafina. I’ve stayed in different hotels in Manhattan and Would definitely stay here next time I am back.

The staff was always incredibly attentive and made my stay worry free. Elevators was having issues at times but the internet was solid. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely stay here again.

The hotel room was quite worn and small - not like the photos at all! The windows felt so thin, we could hear beeping cars and banging bins all night long like they were inside our room. The staff were really nice, though, and the bar area is lovely. The car the hotel arranged to take us to the airport was really good - clean car and professional driver which was great.

This was my first time in NY, and found this hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was spotless and our view was decent. In our checkout day, it was raining really hard, but they offered us an umbrella to use! Would book again

Love this property! Wonderful staff, great location, close by good dining and theaters. Only complaint is they used to have coffee and continental breakfast included and since Hyatt bought they do not offer this.

I think sometimes having over produced photos online backfires— this is a small boutique hotel with small rooms and common spaces but portrays a different image online. Once I appreciate it for what it is, it’s great, but the bar, lobby, lounge, gym are all about half the size you think it is. I had a nice stay though!

The physical plant feels old and tired and, in a few corners, even a little gross. No soap available in the room and housekeeping knocked early even with the do not disturb button activated. Front desk staff were very nice but I wouldn’t go back.

The Staff Superb; the Room a Disaster
The staff was excellent and made us feel at home - so friendly and helpful. The actual design of the room was another matter altogether: thoughtless design gone mad. The room was much, much too small for two people. The bathroom was ridiculous - the shower splashed all over the floor and had to be mopped up with towels; no racks or hooks to hang towels and clothes on; the sink was tiny and didn't drain well. The "TV in a mirror" didn't work because the reflection in the mirror was visible in the TV image. The lights in the room didn't actually illuminate anything helpfully. The rooms really need to be renovated and made "user-friendly."

Great weekend stay
Very comfortable stay in the middle of all the attractions. The hotel hospitality is amazing. Concierge Dee was especially helpful, kind and attentive to our needs. She provided us with a perfect restaurant booking, made sure our stay is comfortable and made us feel welcomed. the cheese and vine hour at the hotel is a relaxing and comforting addition to the stay. Over all, we loved our stay and will be back for more.

The price was great for 2 nights in Times Square. Check in process was easy and got upgraded to a nice room. There were stains on the sheets and it showed free breakfast online upon booking, but we were told breakfast didnt come with our reservation. But they had free wine in the lobby in the evening.

Cozy and clean
Great location to theaters and we were able to walk to the hotel from Penn Station. Bathroom didn’t have a lot of space to place toiletries. Also, after 8pm show, huge line for the elevator but we just took the stairs.
