We recently stayed at this property for a 72-hour girls trip; 2 moms, 2 daughters and lots of fun! We felt incredibly safe and cared for. The doorman Lenny went out of his way to ensure we were well take care of and even did a TikTok dance with our daughters! The only disappointment was that we missed out on the milk and cookies both nights because we were out too late! This hotel is a must see and a must stay!! Close to shopping, delicious food, clean and comfortable. We will be back!!

I paid Expedia for my stay and the hotel then charged me again after telling us the credit card was for incidentals. When I spot to the manager he waved me off and said I would I to resolve this through Expedia! Very poor servuce

I paid a lot of money to have a city view and my view was of a building right along side the hotel. There were no complimentary items given. For the price per night I just expected way more.

You won’t find another hotel in this location for this price, especially one that has a spacious bathroom and room and such caring staff. I visited with my daughter for her birthday and I never felt unsafe for a second. The hotel staff is clearly trained to be courteous and helpful. We ended up getting room service 3 out of the 4 mornings bc of how good the food and coffee were and how convenient and on time it was. We arrived early, around 11am and our room wasn’t ready (we were asked to pay for an upgrade for early check-in, which we didn’t) but they held our luggage so we could tour around the city until then. The bellman were one of the same two people, so having a familiar face to wish us well for the day and welcome us back was nice. Overall, I’d book this location again, without hesitation, for our next trip!

Enjoyed our stay. The first night, there was a party in the room next to ours and couldn’t sleep. Sent a message to front desk and in five minutes, it stopped. Thank you for what you did. Next morning, took a shower and the tub drain wasn’t draining properly. Mentioned to front desk manager and was fixed. Thank you. Beautiful room, nice pillows. Would love to stay again! Thanks so much. Everyone was so kind, too!

We stayed here for my mums birthday weekend. it was clean, she raved about how friendly the staff are, but importantly, its very conveniently located. We walked to almost everything. We would definitely stay again!

Great hotel for the money in Manhattan. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. Rooms are nice size. Large bathrooms. Great location. A real find in NYC.

Omni Berskshire is a great boutique hotel in NYC very close to 30 Rock, also great since we were going to the Saturday Night Live taping. Valet Parking -- parking garage is a block down the street, so make sure you have all your belongings out of your car when you valet.

Perfect stay for a quick trip to NYC! Very convenient and walkable to popular destinations. The bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely quiet. I did not hear any noise outside in the hallway or above us upstairs or outside the windows. It was perfect!

Real nice staff. Forgot my iphone charger and concierge charged for me. Staff at hotel bar and restaurant were great as was the food and drink. I had to extend my stay and they were able to accommodate and stay in same room at same price
