The property was just as described. Great location, beautiful views, comfortable beds. Our only issue was communication with the property owner wasn’t great. Had to message several times over a few days to get a response.

We canceled our reservation to this property day of after arriving on site to find that the property was falsely represented, the description of the property was not true to the write up. It was not a penthouse, it was in the heart of Harlem…in an unsafe area and the apartment was not allowed to be listed as a VRBO. We want a full refund.
