    I absolutely loved the location. It is a great New York feel staying here. Finding a place with 6 beds at this price felt great. It was easy to find all the places we visited from this location. You do hear all of the New York street noise from the loft at all hours of the night which didn’t bother me. For me, this is part of being in the city. It was awesome to me but if you need quiet to be able to sleep, this isn’t your place. I loved looking out and just seeing the lively city all the time. Each room has its own remote control for cooling and that was neat too. I will stay here again. Also, there is a convenience store right outside the loft and food places everywhere.

    There was great communication from the beginning. The location was central which made getting anywhere easy! Penn Station is super close and Times Square was a quick walk. We love that all 5 of our girls, ages 14-22, had their own room and space to spread out. We would definitely stay here again.

    The place was clean and fine for the cost. Location is definitely noisy. Kitchen was lacking in cooking ware, but who really wants to cook in NYC??? All in all I would recommend the place for friends or a few couples. Not ideal for families where you utilize the "house" more.

    Great location, great location! We were able to walk to Times Square within minutes and see Madison Square Garden lights and building from the window. Great size apartment that was able to fit a family of eight comfortably, with two bathrooms is a bonus. Our host was very responsive in a timely manner.

    Great place for family

    Took my granddaughters and daughters to NYC the week after Christmas. We wanted lots of room to spread out rather than a hotel room. This apartment fit the bill. We especially liked the open kitchen, dining and living room area. The design and colors were nice and we felt very safe in the building. The elevator opened directly into our apartment which was pretty cool. The host was very responsive our needs.

    Family trip to NYC!

    My wife and I took our 4 kids (11-16 yrs old) and her parents for a Spring Break trip to NYC. The property was perfect for our group of 8, with 6 Queen beds in 6 bedrooms. We were covering a lot of ground in the few days we were there, trying to hit ALL the key NYC must-sees, and this property’s central location, close to all subway lines, was exactly what we needed. A couple little things came up during our stay and the property manager was easy to get in touch with and super responsive! Would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend!!

    Amazing Location, More Amazing Host

    This beautiful property was clean and centrally located to everything! We were a family group of 15 & could find multiple food options within blocks & even next door from American to Chinese, Italian, pizza, Chipotle, and even fresh food markets all within minutes of your front door. The host was very attentive in answering questions and making suggestions when asked. Everything we needed was available. We would definitely stay at this property and with this host again!

    This place is great, we stay here every time we come to New York. The owners are very helpful, very attentive. Check-in and check-out process works great. Location is an easy walk to Times Square and right next to Penn Station. It’s in a good neighborhood with lots of food options nearby. I would stay here over a hotel anytime.
