The four-story walkup building is pet-friendly and includes on-site laundry facilities. Located on the Upper West Side, the building is right off Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue, full of great shops, restaurants and bars. It's also just two streets from Central Park and Riverside Park.
This studio apartment in a four-story walkup building offers quintessential uptown charm, with proximity to everything for which the Upper West Side is beloved. The modern living space features hardwood flooring and a fully equipped kitchen. All beds provided are fitted with plush linen sheets and pillows. All Furnished Quarters apartments include 24/7 guest service.

Pets are allowed in select apartments and are subject to a $500 non-refundable pet sanitation fee for one pet, $750 for two pets. Additional charges and size/breed restrictions may apply and vary by building. All pets must be approved by Furnished Quarters.
