Bathroom and bed was cleaned. Floors was not sweep. They have overhead light didn't cut off, so no good rest. No free parking or designated parking. Check out is 9am not 11am. Plus signs saying Hotel is closed.

The worst hotel I had ever experienced. The customer service was extremely poor and the staff that’s working there is extremely rude. She tried to manipulate customers by saying we haven’t paid for the rooms and our bookings were invalid. She forced us to give our credit card and made a payment herself. After showing her our proof of booking and confirmation number she gave back a refund and finally gave us our rooms. I still have the proof for the payment that she did herself and refund slips. The room was also extremely dirty. I have no words to describe it. I have been to many motels that are cheaper than this and they were 10 times much better than this. The bedsheets were not changed, human hairs everywhere. The moment I open the room door, the smell of cigarette and weed. The blankets were also hella dirty and it smells. I’m really concerned about me, my family and my children’s health and safety due to the lack of sanitation in this hotel. Over all the customer service was extremely bad and rude. And I will be never coming to this hotel ever again.

Primero el area es terrible, no es seguro para quedarte con tu familia, mal olor de cigarrillo y marihuna horrible el heat se desactiva a cada rato realmente no se queden aquí las sábanas manchadas, las cortinas rotas el baño goteaba de verdad que fue la peor experiencia!!!

Although it was super convenient to be two blocks away from the subway station, the area was not all that great. The hotel seems to be situated in the middle of a not to safe part of town. When we arrived for check in they told us to wait, granted, we were early so we went to eat. We checked in. The room was very nice and clean but super tiny. The control to the TV did not work. The balcony door, seems to have the lock/handle broken so it was a mission to open it. Part of the reason why we reserved here was because it said “free continental breakfast” however there is not even free coffee. On one night when we returned to the hotel, it was about 1am and there was a lady on the floor that looked possessed. She looked up at us and just stared. We ignored her and walked to the elevator only to see a used syringe needle on the floor. The hotel says “no smoking” however there are smoking rooms and our room smelled like cigarettes. It was noisy from the other room that seemed to be having something going on. There’s only two vending machines, an ice machine and an ATM. The hot water to shower was very limited and that’s that we took quick showers. The covers only include the sheets and a very thin blanket. Needless to say in 38 degree weather, I slept with my pjs, a hoodie and a jacket on because even though we turned the air off, we woke up to it being turned on. If you are on a budget and don’t mind the the stuff above, go ahead and book. The staff was friendly at least.

WORST PLACE EVER, PLEASE AVOID!!!
Most horrible place ever. Infested with roaches, everything was dirty and dusty and stained. No customer service or help in any way whatsoever. TV didn’t work, half the lights in the room didn’t work. It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at.

It was just terrible. No smoking, but you smell smoke and weed in the whole hotel. Unfriendly workers. Dirty rooms - hairs on the towels, stains on the sheets, not identify things on the wall !!! No breakfast even though it says free breakfast. So loud in the evening/ night: screaming, you think the people talk in your room… The conclusion: Just spend your money somewhere else ! Don’t book that!

No room service for 4 days i stay. Nobody came to change the trash. They give u one towel to used for 4 days. You requested balcony room that door locks broken they either can't close or open. Checked in to a room with a used Condom wraper on the night table. Everyday they got to reset your key. They lock you out of your room. Only reason i stay it was close to the jfk train station. Easy access to transportation. That's the only Good thing

The room was good in terms of size. No need to be that big. The thing that was disappointing is that we searched for a hotel that specifically included breakfast, but upon arriving we were told that it's not included. We would have to pay. We received a clean room, after that there was no daily cleaning. We had to keep requesting for our trash (bathroom) to be cleaned up everytime. Most of the times the smell in the elevator and on our floor was really bad. Hotel is very close to the Airtrain (JFK Shuttle), Train & Subway Station. Very convenient. A bit far from Manhattan but manageable.

You get what you pay for. Although my room sold as non smoking, it smelled like a chain smoker lived there for 10 years. The heat blew cold and there was only a blanket and not even a top sheet on the bed. I saw a live bug crawl across the floor. Only good thing is that it’s directly across from the JFK Airtram for easy airport access.

This property wasn’t properly clean nor did it give the appearance of sanitary. The lobby, the room, the elevator, property outside. The wall murals were artsy but aside from that nothing seemed clean, showers didn’t get hot, lukewarm only. Slow drainage in plumbing. I would not stay here again

Lets see there was cigarette holes on sheets, the curtain was ripped and hanging by a thread in room 204. The staircase smelled like pee and poop. They had homeless man sleep on the couch in the front lobby harrassing people late night as u walk in. Guest service was never at the front desk and not very attentive to your needs. There was no iron in the room you had to go downstairs and ask for 1. The iron board had no padding just the metal base which is stupid. I would never stay here again. Thank god it was for 1 night. ALSO no parking your on your own to find your parking on the street. DON'T RECOMMEND

OMG this place is a "Buyer Beware" hotel. Less than 1 star in all catagories. Nothing like the pictures. Lobby was filthy and rooms not much better. People tripping on drugs all over and a completely naked woman walking the street. Absolutely no place to park. Sink was clogged and backed up. Smoke detectors wrapped in saran wrap to disable and the one in the hall beeped all night.No top sheet just a dirty blanket. Wow, have never experienced anything like it and never will again. STEER CLEAR!!

Going here was my first and last! The lights in my room didn’t work, the heat in my room didn’t work. The towels was full of hair even though they are “clean”! The staff is very unprofessional all they did was act as if they didn’t know the things in my room wasn’t working then promise to fix it but never did! I even asked for a portable heater and lamp and never received it! There was a lot of traffic in-front of the hotel not sure if it was a Shelter or people selling d**gs .. but NEVER again!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The lady that checked me in was not pleasant. The most disgusting thing was receiving a room that was not clean. The room I got had an odd smell combined with smoke scent (and I requested a none smoking room due to my allergies), the bathroom has not been cleaned, you can see the soap scum on the walls, toilet had pee stain in it, most of the sheets were stained, the window was unable to lock, they have bedbugs, and there was another guest that was playing extremely loud music, when I called the front desk the guy had an attitude. I would not recommend anyone to stay here at all it’s a waste of your money.

Pictures on hotels do not reflect what you get in person. Loud disturbances all night, 0/10 on sanitary /clean catergory and aI had to beg for housekeeping to come by. There was something not cleaned any place i looked. Showers were dirty as well as towels stained! Sheets & pillow cases discolored. WORST stay of my life.

Do not stay in this property. Its the total opposite from the Expedia’s photo. When I got to the property It was really dirty and the front desk employee was smoking outside. Checked-in and thinking its all good. When I got in to the room, i first noticed the smell. I reserved a non smoking double room but the room smells like its been used for smoking. Secondly the floor. Was very sticky. Like it has never been cleaned before. There were stains, droppings, food particles and hair. All over the room. Third, the beds smelled like its been used. There were traces of hair from the previous guests. The towels have hair. The bathroom’s grout looks like its never been cleaned before. There were burned cigarettes holes on the blankets. Lastly, the curtains and the walls. There were bodily fluids, and traces of blood. After 4 hrs in the hotel, we all decided to leave and the hotel refuses to give a refund as the standards and expectations were not met. Called Expedia and spoke to them about what happened. The line kept disconnecting, i repeated the story iver and over as they kept transferring me. We were left in the streets of new york without accommodations in the middle or the night. I was really disappointed in expedia for not checking the property’s standards. Its false advertising.

Don’t do it. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. The A/C don’t work. Kids crying and screaming all through the hallways at the middle of the night, some guy got arrested during our stay in our floor. We were on the 8th floor. Floors are dirty. The place outside during the night looks very unsafe. Would never stay there again.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve booked in my life! It is dirty all around, stains on the wall, non-smoker rooms also smell nothing but smoke, mold in the bathroom walls. We requested another room and the conditions were very similar until we try to lay on the bed and it was full of hair, stained sheets and just unsanitary and well above health department standards.
