The ac was dirty and it kept blowing dust on the bed next to it. Room was not clean three days in a row and of course clean towels were not provided. Location is the only pro about this hotel.

Staff great and helpful. Block around property is lovely. If you have to take the subway. A, C, and E are better options. We had to walk a few blocks down Canal. It was safe, just not my favorite.

Before you book pls look at ALL photos. When I got to my room I was about to call lobby, then I rechecked the Expedia photos - sadly, I guess, I got the very dated room type. Shabby and definitely the worst of wear - very much ready for an upgrade. If I’d have been there more than one night I wouldn’t have stayed. On a positive note the staff were lovely

Convenient to get onto the subway, walking distance from little Italy, China town, and Soho. Room size was as you would expect in a NYC hotel room, with absolutely no view! Decent amenities, our housekeeper was great. Not exactly VFM in itself but I guess this is what you get in Manhattan.
