Great location just off 5th Avenue. Friendly and courteous staff. Room was super small but typical for NYC. I would stay again for the convent location for me.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a bit on the smaller side but manageable. I would recommend they change the bathroom door to a barn door as it is possible to collapse that with the shower room glass door.

Excellent location, walk everywhere. Could here people in other near by rooms very easily but minimal noise heard from outside the building. Nice staff, refreshing water.

We stayed in Midtown Manhattan to see most of the tourist sites in the area (Times Square, 911 Museum, SoHo, Little Italy, The Edge and Empire State Building). The hotel was walkable and accessible to subway stations. We stayed in a comfortable room with a King bed located on the 14th floor. The bed was very comfortable except for the small than regular sized pillows. The doors, as with most hotels, were quite loud when they closed shut so it woke us up when other guests would come back to the hotel at 2:00 or 3:00 am. The hotel provided iced lemon water in the lobby at all times. There is also a cafe beside the lobby. The staff was friendly and always greeted us. The hotel was clean and safe and quiet, away from traffic noise.

I'd like to start this review with something positive. They are in a great area. Walkable and good transportation. Period. Staff was rude, since Check in. No good Morning, no friendliness just plain Name on the reservation. After offering the extra fee for early check in and we declined because it was my niece's first trip to NYC and we wanted to take her sightseeing, we decided to store our luggage... oh surprise they charged us $1 for we each bag! The property details clearly states NO CASH accepted at this property, but guess what?? the $1 for each bag was CASH ONLY... When we asked for the receipt, we were ignored. Then room cleaning was mediocre. Coffee machine was never cleaned, our conditioner was never refilled. At check out we had to store luggage again and yeah another $1 for each bag asked for the receipt and we were told they could not provide a receipt for that. $1 might not be much but this service is complimentary at other places. And you are offered a receipt for any extra expenses.
