Our newly renovated, cozy, fully furnished 3 bedrooms comes with a shared kitchen and bathroom. It’s located in a vibrant neighborhood in a newly renovated building. The area offers everything you need for convenience, with numerous options for breakfast, lunch, or dinner from your favorite Caribbean islands. Our recommendation for food is island Grocery & Deli, located at the corner of 49th and Church. The location is also close to NY transportation with the B35 on Church Ave/ E48th St taking you to Barclays Center within 30 Minutes, and the B46 on Utica/Linden Blvd taking you to Kings Plaza shopping mall within 30 minutes.
