"Loved our stay"

"The staff were so nice, we were able to check in early and the room was pretty spacious for three women who do a lot of shopping with 6 suitcases. It’s in a great area with a short walk to bagel shops, Starbucks, time square, rockefeller center, not to mention that it is next door neighbors with the grand central terminal. Only con is that because it’s by the train station it can get a little scary at night. Other than that it was an amazing stay. "

"This hotel location is spot on. We where on the 40th floor which I upgrade with additional charge and thought its quietter but you will hear the banging of doors from floor below and the sound of plumbing pipes. "

"We had a nice stay. Great location and friendly staff! My only complaint is that I messaged ahead that an early check-in would be appreciated and received a response they couldn't promise but would try. No mention of any cost. When we arrived early we were told a room was available but early check-in would cost $100, so we declined. "

"It's sort of what you'd expect for the price...worth it? Thats your choice. The area is great. The rooms aren't sealed and have open ceilings which means you can hear all noises and if unlucky, your neighbours smelley feet and cheap deodorant. There were two showers on the floor i was on, both broke! I had to go downstairs, past reception, down more stairs and two security doors to get to the others showers, which were much better! Not an ideal situation. Overall, it was fine for my purposes and i wouldn't say I'd never return but I'd look at other options first. "
