Very convenient for eateries and tourism but hotel staff did not accommodate our needs when asked. No service was provided to us upon reaching out.

Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel
No ice bucket but had ice machines. No mini fridge. No complimentary coffee. No washcloths. No luggage rack. No glasses, plastic or otherwise. No coffee maker. Basic room with tv.

DoubleTree by Hilton New York Downtown
The room was clean and spacious considering most hotels are closet spaces. The elevators took forever between the 3 of them and 40+ floors…the wait was crazy.
