"Room was clean, hotel was clean. Went to swim and pool was closed due to swim lessons. Hot tub in pool area did not work did not heat up. Grand Canyon bistro on the lobby floor was expensive. Food was decent but they tried to tell me I only had one registered guest even though I paid for 2 breakfasts they still only gave me one. Also had a piece of metal wire brush in my croissant. Hotel staff was friendly and helping. I’d rate a 7/10 because of the pool and bistro "

We loved the foam rollers in the room - great added bonus after a long day of walking around the city. Will definitely be staying here again when we are back in the spring! "
