Very convenient location. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to be able to grab a quick bite on site early in the morning before we headed out to do our sightseeing. We were a family of 4 staying in a double room. We each had a rolling carry on bag and the room was very tight. I don’t think we would have fit if we had full sized luggage. Not a deterrent, just a heads up. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.

It was a great experience with rooms very clean and security within the premises were excelent. Breakfast was excelent every day. I reccomend this hotel to everyone who want to be closed to town square.

Pros: Everything was clean, checkin was convenient, and the rooms were nice (small, as usual for NYC, but setup well to include all the necessary amenities and feel comfortable). The breakfast was busy, but good. The free breakfast and in-room microwave and refrigerator were definitely bonuses of this hotel, along with the location. Con: the hotel uses a system for their elevator, where you choose the floor from a screen in the hallway and it tells you what elevator to go on. You cannot choose the floor from inside, so you have to use this system to get to your floor. While this sounds efficient- it doesn’t account for the number of people in your group or any luggage, strollers, or other items with you. This means you get a lot of people waiting in line for a single elevator, and eventually may have to start over if you aren’t one of the first to get on or if something jumps in front of you, since the kiosk is next to the doors. We stayed on a top floor, which was a mistake, since we often stopped on almost every floor when going down, since people would give up or use the kiosk multiple times, or if the elevator was called to that floor but was too full. Any time we had to use the elevator took an unreasonable amount of time. I would stay here again, but would opt for a low floor next time and use the stairs. :-)

The staff was amazing!!! They helped us with directions to the subway and what line to take and where to get off at. The convenience of the hotel to Time Square and the theater’s was great. Being from a small town in Western New York we felt safe and relaxed. The only downside was the size of our room. I wasn’t happy about it but she didn’t mind considering we only slept there. We’d get up and out site seeing. We’d highly recommend the hotel and will be coming back in the future.

Staff was great. Excellent location. Only issue we had was with the air conditioning. Our rooms would not cool off which made for some uncomfortable sleeps. Very humid.
