We had a great stay, the location was very convenient. The hotel had good amenities although when I asked for extra pillows they said they didn’t have any. Whenever I book at Hyatt I usually expect an updated, clean room but this hotel is older and in need of renovations. I was overall satisfied with our stay.

Always a pleasure t stay here because of the staff especially Rosa who checks in guest with a smile and desire to make sure you get the best room possible. Rooms always have some sort of kink that needs addressed but the staff is always available to step up and resolve any problems. I stay at this property regardless 2-3 times a year because of its location.

Very bare bones for a Hyatt. Asked for a bottle of water they said they do not supply it. In the room, no bottles of water. Very small room for a king with City view. AC was not working well at all. Room never cooled down for a hot day in September. Staff was not overly friendly at all. I get better service at a Hilton Garden or midtier of other hotel chains. Nothing special convenient to the train station, but that’s about it. Probably will not choose to stay here next time or any other time
