The hotel was fantastic and the staff were incredibly courteous. My only issue lies with the toilet paper holder being broken, the pool was closed indefinitely which i would've liked to have known that before booking since our stay was based on that and finally to no fault of their own there was a homeless man jerking off just across the street.

Close to tourist sites and transportation. However the staff are unwelcoming and DO NOT GREET GUEST, the rooms are mediocre and poorly dusted and maintained. Omg!! It’s very noisy, invest in soundproof windows

Very loud, it feels like the rooms dont have any sound proofing. The people in the room next to us were very loud. Also, the door to our little patio was broken and hard to close properly. When we opened it the first time we thought that it was going to fall on us. Otherwise, the service of the staff and room service were wonderful.

Very good hotel for the price and the location. Right next to Times Square, lots of restaurants and theaters in close proximity. Definitely a good choice for a weekend in NYC.
