"From the outside the dining area looks clean but my room was dirty with spiderwebs. I had mentioned the water tank was empty but nothing was done to replace the jug. The room wasn’t cleaned when i mentioned to owner he said only upon request. I had requested 1hr late checkout due to my ride will ..."

"Fantastic location which is quite and peaceful location with wonderful mature trees. The service provided by Achini at the front office is well and beyond what was expected. She is a true asset to this hotel. If you want to see the elephants, this is a wonderful base for your safari."
